Our blue mini tumbled opal pieces are transparent with a light blue base and flahes of blue and green fire. These mini size tumbled stones are perfect for tight places and tiny accents to make people double back for a second look. The size of these "mini" opals varies quite a bit from batch to batch, but on average you can expect about 18-30 pieces per gram, with each piece being between approximately 2mm and 4mm. Keep in mind that the pieces can look more transparent than blue when they are this small.
